The Great Room of villa Zest combines a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully fitted western designer kitchen. The living space has a large wall mounted, fatscreen TV with custom made sofa seating for the ultimate in relaxation. A 10-seater dining table is located on the covered poolside terrace offering endless sea views and an Alfresco experience that is second to none. Villa Zest also features an outside dining Sala with BBQ area for the ultimate al fresco feast.
Villa Zest has a designated kids bedroom that is ideally appointed with custom made bunk beds for up to 6 children. Located close to the living and dining area for parent’s peace of mind, the designated kids room is equipped with with flat screen TV suitable for 3D movies and Sony Play station games. Whilst parents relax, children can not only enjoy the gorgeous infnity pool but can enter into a world of their own with the large outdoor trampoline, tree house and zip line, guaranteeing hours of fun in their own secure private outdoor play area.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
