From the pavilions, you step out to the large swimming pool, which is just a few feet away from the beach. Next to the pool is an impressive Thai-style Sala featuring an elegant wooden table for alfresco dining, as well as large day beds and comfortable arm chairs for massages and relaxing while enjoying the pristine sea view. There are many apportunities for the active time, such as tennis court and children’s playground. The property also offers a sea kayak and a range of other toys and games.
The comfortable lounge area is great for sprawling out in the shade while keeping clear the blue sea within your sights. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a center island.
To ensure optimum privacy and comfort, each of the six bedrooms at Waimarie is air conditioned and has its own beautifully appointed en-suite indoor/outdoor bathroom set amongst tropical plants. The villa accommodates up to fourteen guests. Each of the bedrooms provides access to a private terrace.

Weddings and Private Parties Policies
- A refundable guarantee deposit is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
