Tongsai Grove is a stand alone villa located within walking distance of beautiful Cheong Mon beach and the village and is ideal for a family or couples wishing to be close to the amenities of Koh Samui.
This beautifully decorated villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday consisiting of air conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. The open plan plan living area has slide back floor to ceiling patio doors at both the front and back of the room allowing soft breezes to filtrate through complimented by ceiling fans and cool tiled flooring.
The living room consists of comfortable sofas and a plasma TV with satellite channels, music center and internet access for your entertainment. There is also a dining table seating 6 persons beside the window and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and hob with a utility room beyond with a washing machine.
A door leads off the living area to the master bedroom ensuite and the remaining 2 bedrooms en suite have their own entrances from the pool deck.
Outside round the pool there are rattan sunloungers and a patio set for al fresco dining as well as a cool sala with comfortable cushions underneath which gives total relaxation. Down the steps a new private garden with barbeque and fridge make entertaining a dream. There is also another private sala with a lawn to play on or relax by.
The villa has it’s own power back up generator which is automatic and silent which is quite a feature for a stand alone villa. This villa provides a continental breakfast each day.
