Villa Sunset Pavilions, located in Bang Makham, is an airy property with the stunning panoramic sea view and special charm of coutry house – informal and comfortable.
Available on a self catering basis with daily villa service by resident staff, the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedroom en-suites, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with an adjoining breakfast area, a lounge leading directly to the pool terrace, a lower ground floor sauna, a 1st floor Lounge and a Sun downers Bar, located at the apex of the central tower on the 2nd floor. Sleeping ten in four kings and two singles, provided for family flexibility.
Outside there is an large Private Infinity Pool with jacuzzi and sun terrace, a Sala, a lower waterfall terrace with its own sala, bedroom balconies with jacuzzi’s, private driveway, covered parking and several balconies from which to enjoy the beautiful views. The Villa is set within a 2500 sq. m of hillside land.
Services of a cook are available for the occasional lazy home cooked meal, along with child minding, mini bus and driver hire, car hire, in villa spa service, etc. A villa manager/ concierge will guide you into the villa and is then available on daily visits to arrange any tours, cooking or whatever else you may need, plus being available locally by phone.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
