The villa offers guests numerous outdoor areas for socialising and relaxing all with incredible sea and island views. You can sunbathe on the terrace, refresh in the spacious pool with built-in jacuzzi, taste self-catered BBQ.
Four bedrooms with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 ones on the second floor are ideal for extended family or two couples with kids. In the fully fitted kitchen you can prepare snacks and national dishes yourself or invite Thai chef at extra cost. A dining table for 8 guests is ideal for taking meals and socializing.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Electricity – 6 Baht per unit; Extra bedding – 1000 Baht per night, extra folding bed – 500 Baht per night;
Security deposit – 20,000 Baht for short-term booking.
