Malabar is a luxurious, modern 5-bedroomed villa located on Laem Sor Beach. It offers plenty of areas for dining and socialising together, both indoors and outdoors; yet offers ample private areas too.
The main building accommodates the master suite, TV room, as well as a study and a fitness room. TV room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie together on the large plasma TV with Apple TV and DVD player. This room can easily convert into a fifth bedroom, and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The air-conditioned study makes the ideal place to quietly catch up on emails, or do a little bit of work – if you really must. The fitness room allows you to work off those delicious meals
prepared by the chef.
At Villa Malabar, the outdoor living spaces are equally as inviting, and a generous rim-flow swimming pool lies on the front lawn leading down to the beach. The pool is ample enough to exercise in, yet offers a shallow section for children to play. A sala to the side of the pool offers a sunken seating area as well as an outdoor kitchen and makes the ideal spot to enjoy evening cocktails and alfresco dining.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
