Koh Koon is a complex of 5 villas for 14 adults and 8 kids. The property is located on a hillside with the view over Chaweng bay.
The main building houses an open-plan living and dining area where you can play billiards, foosball and darts. Or you can dine with your friends or family at dining table which comfortably seats 18 guests. In the mezzanine there is a library and business center. Below the main living pavilion lies a multi-purpose room, which can be used as a TV-lounge, a massage room, or even an additional sleeping area.
In the main building there is Master suite and the first kids bedroom with 4 single beds. The other six bedrooms are located in other buildings on the territory of the villa, thus offering some privacy away from the main house.
The pool with sun loungers, dining Sala, lounge with video projector and poolside bar are the main outdoor spots for relaxation and communication. Koh Koon’s vast lawns are great for children to run and play, and in the garden below the pool, guests can enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or petanque boules court, or practice their golfing techniques on the grass.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
General Policies
- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
