Villa Katrani is a one of a kind property with its own private club, complete with lighting, sound system, and own DJ booth. Other features of the villa include a fully-equipped fitness room, a tennis court, spa room with 2 massage tables, steam/sauna, an expensive koi fish pond and fountain, media & game room, state-of-art kitchen, a dining table that seats up to 14 people, lounging areas, spacious lawns and gardens that can be found in any outdoor parts of the villa.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Extra bed – $75 for an adult, $50 for a child per night;
Events fee – Free up to 20 guests, $1000 for 20-40 guests, $ 2000 for 40-60 guests, $ 3000 for 60-80 guests;
Early check in: 50% of the regular rate for check-in at 10 AM and later, 100% for check-in before 10 AM (These additional fees include the cost of our chef to prepare lunch);
Late check-out: 50% of the regular rate for check-out before 6 PM, 100% for check-in after 6 PM;
Additional airport transfer – 1200 Baht per way

General Policies
- Non-smoking villa
- Check in – 3PM, check out – 12PM. In case of early check-in or late check out is available
- Pets not permitted
- For weddings and events, an event fee of USD 2,000 will be required to pay. All events and weddings must be organized by a professional planner. Villa staffs are not able to assist with planning. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Villa Concierge for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.
- The security deposit will be authorized on credit card 48 hours before arrival or can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. The security deposit will be released or returned to the Lessee within 48 hours after check out. In case of damages or any breakages during the stay of the guests, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
