Villa Kao Lom sits in the beautiful Santi Thani Estate with superb views over Bang Por beach which stretches far out across the bay to the nearby island of Koh Phangan.
Villa Kao Lom is a three bedroom property which can accomodate up to 5 people in two double bedrooms and single bedroom.
The pool deck and swimming pool with jacuzzi enjoy views of the sea to the front and the coconut palms to the left and right. A truly magical setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The large lounge has sliding doors to enjoy the mountain breeze and make the very most of the spectacular setting. It comes with TV, DVD and stereo for your comfort and enjoyment. The villa has a large functional well equipped kitchen, which leads into the stylish dining area, again with panoramic views and large sliding windows.
The house has a sala enjoy alfresco dining or simply to sit and relax in it’s shade with your favourite cocktail. Equally the sala is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the islands far out to sea, it has a fan and lighting for your comfort.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Babies welcome but the villa is not suitable for children ages 2-12 due to the high balconies and open pool
