Villa Kai Muk is located on the hills overlooking lush tropical forest and golf course and the golf of Thailand. The villa catches the rays of the morning sun and has a large terrace ideal for lounging by the pool.
It is a comfortable and spacious home with private pool and panoramic views over the island of Koh Samui and the Gulf of Thailand. The lower level of the house is spacious and open plan and has doors opening onto the sun-filled pool terrace. The villa has a tropical garden with thai native trees and shrubs.
The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to provide home comfort with views over the pool, tree covered hillside and the ocean.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Non-smoking villa
- Not suitable for young children due to high terraces and infinity pool edge
- Village regulations prohibit loud music and noisy parties after 10pm
- The bringing of guests back to the villa for overnight parties is not allowed
- Car hire is strongly recommended due to the hillside location
