The villa with balcony and terrace boasts amazing sea view, 2 airconditioned bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms all designed in a beautiful mix of modern and local style.
The living area connects directly to the fully equipped kitchen and terrace and it’s only a few steps to to shared pool and restaurant. The villa is staffed and we would be happy to assist you with anything you might need during your holiday.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
General Policies
- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
