Villa «Baan Haad Sai» is located on the Bangrak beach not far from various restaurants and shops. Its name is translated from Thai as “The House on the beach.”
The villa is decorated in Thai style. It consists of two identical pavilions with the area of 330 m2. There are three bedrooms in each pavilion, and there is a separate building with a bedroom and a small gym. The first pavilion has a living room, a master bedroom with double bed and open Balinese bath, bedroom with twin beds, and another bedroom with a double bed. In the second pavilion there is a kitchen and dining room with a huge dining table.
The villa staff consists of a chef, manager, master and maid.

- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season’s schedule is required
- Fees are for 24 hours and additional event charges may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB 100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to $350 may be charged on site to the guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
- Charges are not commissionable
Security deposit may be requested on case by case basis.
