Amera is a complex of 11 similar villas with 3 en-suite bedrooms is located in Nathon.
Each villa features open-plan living and dining area with full-height glass doors opening directly onto private terrace and pool, with far reaching sea views. The lounge area is spacious and very comfortable, with chairs, sofas, large-screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs there are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. On the territory there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds and covered alfresco dinning.
Each villa can accomodate up to 6-8 guests that is ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Several villas for larger groups can be also booked.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Private chef services – 1500 Baht per setting (if the guest group is greater than 6 people, an additional chef is required);
Cost of food + 20%;
