The beautiful Thai style Villa Verde is ideal for guests that want to stay in a quiet area with access to a beach thats only 50 meters away. With 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an open plan living room and kitchen this holiday home is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 persons.
The villa has a 2 level layout with the living room, kitchen and masterbedroom located on the upper level and 2 more bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the 12 meter long swimming pool and private garden. All of the 3 double bedrooms are airconditioned and the living room is equipped with fans throughout.
Being close to the beach it’s great to open all doors in the living area so the ocean breeze can flow right throughout the room. Wrapped around the living room and facing the ocean is a large mezzanine area with cushioned recliners and outside furniture. From this part of the house the sunset view is absolutely spectacular.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
