Description
The Villa Sofia has a 2 level layout with a large living room with dining area and fully equipped western kitchen as well as a guest toilet on the ground level. The second level offers 3 lovely double bedrooms of which 1 has a private bathroom with bathtub and there is an extra family bathroom upstairs as well. On the upstairs there is also a large balcony with sea and mountain view.
The downstairs living area is connected to a terrace with sun deck and the private pool with views and access to the communal garden of the private villa complex. There is also a security guard 24/7 at the complex gate/entrance.
The villa has its own private parking spot right outside the entrance and only residents of the complex and other tenants have access to the complex so there is no noise of traffic or any other sorts.
The villa includes cleaning service twice a week and free towels and sheets as well. Many services can be arranged for our guests such as massage, car/scooter rentals, island tours, boat charters

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
