Your every need has been considered in this luxury villa, from a state-of-the-art kitchen where your complimentary continental breakfast is prepared, to the upmarket and stylish furnishings and works of art throughout every room. Villa Seawadee’s design allows guests to come together as a group and enjoy the communal living areas, or retreat to the solitude and comfort of their bedrooms. This is the perfect fair-share option for groups, as each bedroom offers 180 degree views and luxury finishes, as well as spacious en-suite bathrooms.
Villa Seawadee can be rented as a three or four bedroom unit, sleeping a maximum of eight guests. Please note that this villa is not suited to children under the age of 12 years. Honeymooners can enquire about special rates for only two guests.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Rates include services of a Villa Seawadee representative:
one airport shuttle round way per booking,
continental breakfast,
the cost of electricity,
water, wi-fi (not for long-term rent),
daily housekeeping,
bed linen and bathroom towels changing every third day,
beach towels changing on the request,
local SIM-card and start balance (on request),
hair drier,
safety box bath rope,
slippers;
Villa Seawadee is fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, and an initial supply of bathroom amenities – soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, ear sticks and shower cap;
Villa Seawadee is suitable for adults and for children above 12 years old, in case, if guests with children resist renting Villa Seawadee – we will charge for over capacity;
Maximum Villa Seawadee capacity:;
3 bedrooms – 6 adults or children above 12 years old;
4 bedrooms – 8 adults or children above 12 years old;
1 infant – baby up to 24 month – per booking can stay free;
From the second and more infants will be charged like children from 2 up to 12 years old – 70 USD or 2520 THB per night;
Children after 12 or adults – 100 USD or 3600 THB, per night;
Children: Please note that Villa Seawadee is not suitable for children aged below 12 years;
Initial Deposit: 50% of the Villa rental must be received by Villa Saewadee for booking.
(100% if you book less than 35 days before arrival).
The second 50% is to be paid not later, than 35 days before your arrival;
Security Deposit: 1.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
