New design villa Sea Shell with panoramic sea views is located in Chaweng Noi (one of the most beautiful and popular on Koh Samui). You can book 3 or 4 bedrooms. The fourth, very romantic bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. It can be rented as a separate apartment with jacuzzi on a terrace and a bathroom with a shower. There is no kitchen in the apartment – only a small refrigerator and a kettle. In case there are no guests on the upper floor, you can use the pool and sun loungers.
On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with sea view and a stylish fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms overlooks the sea. And another bedroom has a beautiful sea view from the bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower and a bath tub.
Villa’s staff (married couple) lives on the ground floor, they are ready to help at any time. If necessary, they prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners, organize transfers to the beach and to any area of Samui.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
General Policies
- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
