Maya is a 5 bedroom villa located in Choeng Mon within a walking distance from the sea.
The living room is fitted with an open plan kitchen and state of the art surround sound system, with simple controls to channel music throughout the villa. Modern, western style appliances and a large kitchen island make preparing and serving meals easy and fun. Choose to dine in the kitchen, living room or on the terrace.
The villa has a private infinity swimming pool fitted with submerged stools overlooking the beautiful bay. By the pool is a vast dining outdoor area with a large dining table, ideal for passing time with a drink and enjoying the spectacular views and sea breeze.
Five en-suite bedrooms can accomodate up to 10 guests. The villa is ideal for families and small groups of friends.
Villa Maya is conveniently located just a 3 mins walk from a pristine beach, perfect for swimming as it is safe and very well maintained. This area is usually quiet therefore is perfect for relaxing while getting a tan and for children to frolic as the water is shallow. Nearby resorts offering various services such as a restaurant and a bar.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
