Description
The two elegant villas, each with six bedrooms, are located in Laem Sor. The area is very quiet and secluded. The villas are spacious, light, and feature antique Thai interior items. There are many open spaces with sofas and deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea. The bedrooms have stylish en-suite bathrooms with sea views.
The upper villa features a living room, swimming pool, and a master bedroom on the highest level. In the distance, you can find a separate studio bedroom with a living room and kitchenette on the same level. Below, there are four bedrooms. Jacuzzi baths are only available in two bedrooms, while the rest have shower rooms. All bedrooms overlook the sea. The side bedrooms also have glass walls with a view of the jungle, making them cozy.
The lower villa has an L-shaped pool. On this level, there are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom. Below, there are two cozy bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is located in a secluded area on the highest level.
The villas offer maximum privacy and stunning views. Each villa has a chef, several maids, a handyman, and a manager.
There is a path to the sea to its own private bay, but swimming in the south of Koh Samui is almost impossible due to the shallow and stony coastline. Therefore, the villa staff can arrange transfers to the beautiful Lamai beach.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
