Description
A complex of six new modern villas with two bedrooms and a private pool located in the Hua Thanon area, near the Chinese Temple, just fifty meters from the beach. To a very good beach with a deep entrance to the sea (Lamai) only 5 minutes drive. In walking distance are many cafes and restaurants, including a cafe with the famous Hanyai rice with chicken on the territory of the temple.
Villas are located along the perimeter of the resort with a large swimming pool and a cafe where you can quickly and tasty snack. All windows overlooking the jungle. Villas have their own fenced territory and parking space.
Spacious living room with dining area and modern kitchen, equipped with everything necessary, including electric stove and extractor. The living room has air conditioning.
On either side of the living room there are two cozy bedrooms with their own shower rooms overlooking the pool and the jungle.
Near the pool – sunbeds and sala (open pavilion) with a table and sofas. There is a small lawn where children can play and it is convenient to organize a barbecue.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
