Villas Blue Wave 3 are 3-bedroom properties located in Choeng Mon in a walking distance from the beach.
Each villa can comfortly accomodate up to 6 people. For the convenience of guests the villas are devided into two areas: on the lower and upper levels. On the lower floor there is a bedroom for 2 adults (and a child) and an open kitchen. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, the other kitchen and a living room.
On the territory there is a private swimming pool with terrace. Beautiful beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are not far from the property.
Villas are ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

Extra cleaning – 1500 baht
