The Blue Coconut residence has 10 villas (2 bedrooms each) and includes common area with parking, large tropical garden, a beautiful swimming pool with chill-out area, and staff accommodation with an adjacent engineering room. Residence located in a very quiet area at the South of Lamai (Hua Thanon).
The area of each villa of over 100 sq.m and consists living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious roofed terrace with tropical garden view and at the ground floor there is a large room that can be used as laundry and/or storage room. Each building is handed over fully furnished with teak wood Asian modern style, modern European style kitchen including various accessories.
The villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

LONG TERM:
monthly price include wifi,

monthly payment for satellite TV package it depends what guest will choose;
Reservation Deposit 50% of the total amount, the rest 50% will be paid 1 week before the check in;
Security deposit for short term 20,000 THB or 500 Euros or 500 USD / for long term it is 1 month of rental rate
