Baan Lom Talay is located on a peninsula providing spectacular views to the East and West – the view over Koh Som island to the Angthong Marine National Park. With an elevated position, yet no big hill to climb, Baan Lom Talay is easily accessible to the amenities and attractions that Koh Samui has to offer. The villa offers privacy away from the big tourist crowds but is nevertheless only a short journey by car to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
On the territory of the villa there is a terrace which with a dining table for 6 persons. The terrace is bordered with a lotus pond – a perfect place to relax at night.
Inside the villa the western style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area has a DVD player with a library of 15 DVDs, board games, a chess computer and a selection of reading books for your indoor entertainment. Outside steps lead down from the villa into the tropical garden and the large swimming pool with teak sun loungers for your relaxation. To one side of the pool is a cool sala.
Ban Lom Talay is a perfect holiday villa for 3-4 couples or a family with children, and can also provide that perfect romantic retreat for a honeymoon couple.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
