Baan Khaw is a four bedroom villa that can accomodate up to 14 guests. The villa is nestled on the West coast of Koh Samui in Nathon, thus offering the most incredible sunset views all the year round.
Here there are plenty of spaces to relax and communicate. On the terrace of the huge pool you can sip your drink while enjoying the incredible sunsets, dine together at the spacious dining room, taste self-catered BBQ or relax in the bar. The media room is perfect for watching interesting films together.
For children there is a spacious lawn for outdoor games. At night the landscaped garden is illuminated with LED lightning.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

For groups of 6 people or less, 1 chef is adequate and this is charged at 1,000 baht per dining service, plus actual ingredient costs.
For larger groups, an additional chef is required at a further charge of 1,000 baht per dining service;
