Baan Chaaba is a spacious and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa can accomodate up to 8 adults plus 2 children. “Chaaba” is the Thai name for the Hibiscus flower, many varieties of which can be found in the private tropical garden that surrounds the villa and its large private pool with sun-loungers and parasols for relaxing days and evenings.
Outside, you can relax on the sundeck, dine in the beautiful sala or cool off in the spacious private pool. Inside, the villa is light and roomy and subtly decorated with Thai-style ornaments. There is a wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need, where you can make anything from a snack to a five-course dinner.
As with all good tropical living, the kitchen and living room seem to flow into each other. There is a full home entertainment system including state-of-the-art satellite and DVD/CD systems with satellite channels. With all modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, TV/DVD, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, a fully fitted western kitchen and dining room as well as outdoor dining and BBQ, this villa provides the perfect home away from home in a tropical paradise.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
