Baan Bon Khao is a newly built luxury villa, surrounded by beautiful internal and external tropical gardens with terraces, fruit trees and a large lawn.
The modern design of villa provides lots of light and comfortable leisure options, from the substantial open-plan living space with balconies, to the pool and two outdoor bars, and the more private Sala and garden areas.
The villa features a modern fully-equipped western kitchen and breakfast bar opening on to landscaped gardens and waterfall, indoor and/or outdoor dining capability, and an intimate outdoor bar, all with spectacular 270° ocean views. The large infinity-edge swimming pool offers a 25m lap length, a 2.5m deep diving area, built in day-beds and umbrellas, and an adjacent Sala complete with lilies and fish.
The villa has two master suites and four large double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, roof-fans, en-suite bathrooms, private terraces and spectacular ocean views. Most bedrooms have fold out sofas to offer sleeping options for children.

- No surcharge up to 20 guests for events within the villa, 21 to 60 guests the charge is $1,200
- Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation
- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season’s schedule is required
- Fees are for 24 hours and additional event charges may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB 100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to $350 may be charged on site to the guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
- Charges are not commissionable
