Villa “Baan Asan” is a magnificent, palatial estate which stands at the water’s edge in Taling Ngam, on the south-western coast of Koh Samui. Ultra-modern, spacious and airy, the villa is akin to a luxury loft-style condo in the city.
Alongside the pool is a sun terrace with loungers. An attractive garden leads onto the beach and a large Sala with comfortable seating for dining, reading or relaxing in the shade. From the main pool, water flows into a second pool—ideal for children or enjoying the stunning sunsets.
The enormous kitchen comes with equipment suited for a five-star restaurant. Futuristic fans and lights are suspended from the vaulted ceiling and a collection of eye-catching furniture and accessories are positioned to define the living and dining spaces.
The five spacious bedrooms at Baan Asan accommodate up to fourteen guests, including four children. All of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms and plasma TV with satellite channels. Each of the bedrooms also have their own perks, such as the master bedroom with its kitchenette and private terrace.
It is an exceptionally practical villa which provides flexible accommodation. And the aesthetics of the villa are truly spectacular with the inclusion of contemporary features and modern furniture which make this a unique and totally individual villa.

Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
