Baan Sirocco is a fabulous four-bedroom luxury pool villa situated on a gentle hillside in-between Chaweng and Choeng Mon. Its location is ideal as it is close to the airport, center of Chaweng with its night life and snow-white beaches.
The villa is constructed on two levels. On the lower level you can find a terrace with infinity-edge swimming pool, Master bedroom and an airy living and dining area. There is also a very well-appointed kitchen with an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a double sink unit and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you could every wish for.
On the upper level there are bedrooms with the other terrace that is ideal for parties and wedding ceremonies (up to 40 guests).
Four bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests, that is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
