Villa Lilia with 4 bedrooms is located on a hill slope in picturesque area of Nathon. Within 5 minute drive there is a famous Nikki beach, supermarket Tesco Lotus, various restaurants and bars.
Four bedrooms can accomodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has got en-suite bathroom with all necessary amenities. You can also find a comfortable living room with TV and DVD, fully equipped kitchen.
Outside you can refresh in the swimming pool or sunbathe on the terrace. On each floor of the villa there are terraces with outdoor furniture.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Extra bed – $25 per night, $ 295 per month;
Deposit for 6 months booking – $ 1200;
Electricity – 7 baht per unit;
Change of bed linen – 250 baht per room
