You will certainly fall in love with these Coconut villas at first sight. This is the case when the phrase “Thai style” is used to emphasize beauty, elegance and environmental friendliness. Villas are built traditionally from teak, which is currently forbidden to cut down, as it is on the verge of extinction in nature. Each villa is tastefully decorated with carved wooden panels, various Buddha images, wall masks, picturesque paintings, animal figurines, local musical instruments, recreating the unforgettable atmosphere of a cozy country cottage.
Only 7 villas are located on the beach of a very quiet area of Bang Por. Six of them with two bedrooms, one with three.
There are four beachfront villas: Namuang, Maret, Bophut and Maenam (three bedrooms).
In front of the villas there is a garden with lawns, private sunbeds, a garden table, a swing and a hammock which makes the villa an extraordinarily comfortable place to relax with children.
This is the place where you want to stay all the time, admiring the garden and the sea, and inhaling fresh sea air. An amazing harmonious and pacifying place with a deserted kilometers of beach, along which you can walk for hours, admiring the seascapes.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen with an excellent set of kitchen utensils, including glasses, as well as an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a blender.
A cozy living room with a sofa area and TV is decorated with carved wooden panels, various images of Buddhas, masks, paintings, animal statuettes, local musical instruments …
On the first floor (in front of the stairs) is the first bedroom with windows overlooking the garden and a bright bathroom with shower.
On the second attic floor there is a second bedroom (in the case of a three bedroom Maenam villa – 2 bedrooms with one bathroom, in the Talingam villa in the second bedroom there is one double bed and one single).
From the villas located on the beach, in the triangular window you can admire not only the garden, but also the sea. In the bedrooms on the second floor there is a powerful outdoor air conditioner.
On the territory of the complex is built a new swimming pool, located slightly to the side, so as not to disturb the peace of the guests. Around the pool – sunbeds and umbrellas. Children can swim without disturbing the rest of the guests of the villas.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
