You will fall in love with these villas at first sight. This is the case, when the phrase “Thai style” is used, to emphasize beauty, elegance and environmental friendliness. Villas are built traditionally from teak, which is currently forbidden to cut down, as it is on the verge of extinction. This kind of wood has unique properties, especially for the humid climate of Thailand – it does not swell from water and does not rot, moreover, under the influence of moisture it becomes more durable and strong.
Two garden view villas (Talingam and Lipa Noi) are located on the second line, a stone’s throw from the beach. They are spacious and shady. You can go to the beach along the side path. For guests of garden villas on the beach a private area with sunbeds is provided.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen with an excellent set of kitchen utensils, including glasses, as well as an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a blender.
A cozy living room with a sofa area and TV is decorated with carved wooden panels, various images of Buddhas, masks, paintings, animal statuettes, local musical instruments …
On the first floor (in front of the stairs) is the first bedroom with windows overlooking the garden and a bright bathroom with shower, which provides a window into the living room and from which the sea is visible.
But what really turn a villas into a cozy country cottages are a spacious shady terraces with sofas, chairs, a round tables for tea gatherings. This is the place where you want to stay all the time, admiring the garden, and inhaling fresh sea air.
On the second attic floor there is a second bedroom (in the villa Talingam in the second bedroom there is one double bed and one single).
In the bedrooms on the second floor there is a powerful outdoor air conditioner.
On the territory of the complex there is a new swimming pool. Around the pool – sunbeds and umbrellas. Children can swim, without disturbing the rest of the guests of the villas.
An amazing harmonious and pacifying place with a deserted many kilometers of beach, along which you can walk for hours, admiring the seascapes.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
