Villa Red with 4 bedrooms is set on the beach in picturesque area of Plai Laem overlooking Big Buddha and Koh Phangnan.
The villa is arranged over three main buildings, together with a large infinity swimming pool and spacious outdoor dining and entertaining area.
Indoors there is a comfortable living and dining area for 10 guests. Four bedrooms are designed to accommodate families with small children, as well as couples, groups of friends and families with older children.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Rates include continental breakfast;
For full-occupancy rate – additional two children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge, occupying foldaway beds or mattresses;
Maximum number of extra
beds permitted (including for children under 12) is two;
Baby cot is provided free of charge;
Extra bed – $50++;
Additional airport transfer – $35++.
Charges for airport transfers are per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or SUV car);
Check in – 12 PM, check out – 11 AM;
For any wedding and/or private party with attendance larger than 1.

the occupancy of the villa, the following is applicable: $1200 (+ 7% tax).
A refundable damage deposit of US$1,500 is required to cover any potential
damage, payable on site.
A cleaning fee of up to US$350 will be charged on site to the Guests,
depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor.
The above premiums are applicable per function for a 24hr period (i.
e.
consecutive events over several days will be eligible for multiple premium
charges).
The villa can only accommodate a limited number of guests for weddings and events; depending on the event up to a maximum of 30

Early bird – 5% discount for full rate reservations when booking 120 days prior to the arrival (this offer is not applicable for Christmas and New Year period, may be used with other offers)

- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
