Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Monthly rental for Garden View villa – $2000 (with daily breakfast), $1700 (without breakfast);
Infant under 3 years old – free of charge, child under 4 years old – free of charge if the child shares bed with adult.
If more than one child, extra bed will be charged;
Rates are based on 2 adults for one bedroom;
Breakfast – 300 Baht per adult, 150 Baht per child 4-11 years old

- Check-in time – 2 PM, check-out time – 12.00 PM (Late check out after 12 at noon is charged 50% of the room price, check out after 6 PM – 100% of the room price)
