On the territory of the villa there is much space to spend your time outside. You can take a fresh dip in the swimming pool, sunbathe near the pool, take meals in the alfresco dining, or feel the cool ocean breeze in the shaded Sala.
Inside you can relax and watch TV in the cosy living room, or have supper all together in the spacious dining area. 6-8 guests can accomodate in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The villa is ideal for a familiy holiday.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Daily maid service and cleaning each 3 days is inluded.

- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
