The Blue hill residence has 5 villas and includes common area with parking, large tropical garden, staff accommodation (on site 24/7) with an adjacent engineering room, and a beautiful swimming pool with chill-out area. Residence located in a very quiet area at the South of Lamai (Hua Thanon).
The area of each villa of over 200 sq.m. The villa is built over two levels. On the first floor there is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a very large roofed terrace. On the second floor there are two spacious double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view.
The villa gives up fully furnished with teak wood furniture in modern asian style from Chiang Mai, as well as all the accessories such as vases, statues, objects and paintings. The kitchen is built and furnished in modern european style and fully equipped.
The villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
SHORT TERM: Daily and monthly prices include water, wifi, satellite TV, once
cleaning service per week (bedding and toweling also but not laundry
services) and not included 7 THB per electricity unit;
LONG TERM: monthly price include wifi, once cleaning service per week
(bedding and toweling also but not laundry services) and not included 7 THB
per electricity unit, 30 THB per water unit, 2200 THB x month for satellite TV package;
Reservation Deposit 50% of the total amount, the rest 50% will be paid 1 week before the check in;
Security deposit for short term 20,000 THB or 500 Euros or 500 USD / for long term it is 1 month of rental rate
