Ban Kao is located in a luxury tropical residence in a very quiet part of Koh Samui. Villa is designed in a classical u-shape with all the rooms facing the pool.
Once you enter the quiet garden the crystal clear pool with luxurious black tiles will welcome you to this delightful tropical villa. The spacious open plan living room and kitchen have a full view of the swimming pool and surrounding gardens to the front and tropical jungle to the back. Leading out of the kitchen the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom. A comfortable king sized bed is the center point of the room with a open view to the pool. The en-suite is equipped with a large bathtub ideal for long soaks. Passing through the large living area you arrive at the second bedroom with twin beds which can also be made up together to create a large king size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large bathroom with rain shower. Walking down the hallway you will arrive at the third bedroom with its large comfortable twin beds and a lovely view of the pool.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
