Villa Baan Faan is situated on the gentle slopes of the hills of Santi Thani and has been thoughtfully and uniquely designed to take full advantage of the magnificent views, to capture the cooling sea breezes and to maximize outside living.
On the first level is a fully equipped kitchen and entrance hall with outside breakfast patio and dining area on the terrace. Also on this level is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, air condition and French glass door leading to the terrace with a private sun terrace area and small pool. The second floor houses a lounge and second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom opening out to the spacious terrace with ocean views.
Baan Faan is ideal for honeymooners, 2 couples sharing, or a family of 4 to 5 persons. Its setting, design and facilities will bring a feeling of harmony and relaxation.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
