Each of 5 spacious bedroom is equipped according to the highest standards with stunning interior design. Each room is big enough for an extra bed to accommodate a third person. A cozy living room with a modern sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island – it all gives you a nice feeling of “home away from home”.
The dining area with a big wooden table for 12 people is located on the roofed terrace overlooking a private pool and the lawns. Spacious roof-top terrace is another convenient lounge area in villa Baylis to relax and enjoy your holiday with friends. It is multifunctional and can be used as an open-air hall for yoga sessions or just a place to laze around on soft daybeds enjoying beautiful views opening from this cozy place.
Private pool with loungers shaded by umbrellas on the pool deck is a great alternative to the beach. There is a shallow kids zone to protect children from an accidental fall into water.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
