The Beach Village House is a 4 bedroom luxury villa with a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens.
The kitchen and dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
