Villa Baan Astasia is a luxurious modern Thai Balinese style villa that is located just a few metres from a quiet, white sandy beach in the unspoilt and beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui.
There are four bedrooms that can sleep up to twelve adults plus one infant. Baan Astasia is fully air-conditioned throughout and has additional internal ceiling fans, atmospheric lighting and wireless internet access for your added comfort and convenience. Relax in the TV lounge with its beautiful art work and furniture. It is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound speaker system, and Hi Fi CD/Radio.
Enjoy a meal in the fully equipped dining area which will seat up to eight adults. This seating area also openings out onto external dining area that also seats eight adults. For those who prefer the shade there is a sala with a seating area and an outdoor bar under the adjacent roof area. There is also the external dining area that has a ceilng fan for added comfort if you simply want to just sit, read or relax in a cool shaded area. There is a fully equipped western style kitchen with a breakfast bar which comes complete with modern and stylish equipment and appliances.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
