Originally built as a luxurious 5 bedroom family retreat, Baan Wanora has been lovingly designed and furnished to meet every need and wish.
The butterfly ponds abundant with lotus flowers and steppers, pave the way to the vaulted living space, center stage in the villa. Large sliding doors concertina back in a unique design dissolving any distinction between indoor and outdoor living.
The sumptuous lounge area has large sofa seating for up to 25 persons, 48” LCD, with an extensive DVD & book library. A simple natural palette spiced with warm vibrant colors and exquisite 100-year-old far eastern antiques, allow this stunning space to speak for itself, as it entices guests to relax and unwind.
Each bedroom sanctuary has been lovingly named after the children in the household. These elegant retreats with sumptuous custom made bedding, furnished with antique pieces and individual color schemes, create gorgeous bedroom havens. Baan Wanora offers four double bedrooms with stunning views surrounding the pool in this beachside location. A kid’s room with 2 single beds and a connecting door to an additional single bedroom, make an ideal children’s retreat, close to the main pavilion. The terrace outside features a small plunge pool cooled by an ornamental waterfall. Each room offers highly appointed bathrooms, some with additional outdoor facilities.
The highly trained in-villa staff takes care of all guests’ needs and requests, including the daily cooking, cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the villa. The experienced private chef and her team, prepare a range of delicious dishes from the in-villa menu also including a full cocktail menu and choice of fine wines from the cellar. Guests can also request special meals, such as a BBQ or celebration dinner, prepared to order.

General Policy
- Weddings and private parties are accepted at Baan Wanora
- Maximum 60 guests are available (for each person after 30 pax extra charge is $1,200)
- Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation
- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season’s schedule is required
- Fees are for 24hours and additional event premium may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
Terms & Conditions
- Male or female joiners are invited over to the property, as non registered guests
- Any illegal activities with under age individuals are witnessed (guests would be summoned to the local police)
- No refund would be applicable For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)
- Venue premium (Subject to VAT): no premium up to 30 guests for events within the villa
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
$90 + 10% service charge is applicable for the use of the Master Suite when the 3 BR rate is selected;
7 nights min for either Christmas or New Year, a booking overlapping Christmas and New Year requires 10 nights; Extra bed – $50 per night
Promotions and discounts
All promotions are applicable for 4 and 5 bedrooms occupancy rates only. Not applicable for Christmas / New Year;
Bonus nights in Intermediate season: Pay 3 stay 4 nights (only in October till December), Pay 4 stay 5 nights (not additional to Early Bird and Last Minute discounts);
Early Bird: 15% off for any booking paid at least 120 days prior to arrival;
Last Minute: 10% off for any bookings within next 30 days
